About me
I'm Joseph Oldy Bellegarde, a tech entrepreneur based in New York and the founder of B-High-Tech & More LLC.
I build software products end to end, from the first idea to the servers they run on. One question drives my work: how can a small business get the kind of technology that used to require a full development team?
That question led to B-Smart Builder, which generates complete websites and online stores from a simple description; to SmartAppEngine, which turns a website or an idea into native Android and iOS apps; and to business software such as CES, a management system for medical clinics, and System Builder, which generates custom management systems.
My mission
Make professional, AI-powered software accessible to every business, whatever its size.
